Brotherhood
As Lambda Chis we always have each other's back. The friendships formed here last
forever, as the 1,000 men who have become Lambda Chis since 1912 keep in close contact
with one another throughout their lives. The power of our brotherhood extends throughout
the US and beyond.
Social
Intent on living life to the max, we balance academics with an outstanding social
calendar and off-campus adventures. Parties, formals, mixers, beach outings and
ski trips are all part of the Lambda Chi experience. Undergrad women from colleges
throughout the area will tell you that Lambda Chi has some of the best social events
MIT has to offer.
Leadership
Lambda Chi has an outstanding track record of achievement at MIT. We take pride
in being at the forefront in all that we do. Lambda Chi is known for excellence
in varsity and IM sports. We have also won the MIT Community Service award numerous
times, and our members hold key positions in a variety of student organizations.

The Lambda Chi career network is exceptional, as our members go on to lead extraordinary
lives beyond MIT. Our brotherhood includes heads of major oil companies, an undersecretary
of state, revolutionaries in financial markets, builders of industries, as well
